    [August 2025] Canadia - Day 3: Ronde

Hello, "Travel Friend" here. I'd like to add a few things of note to this trip report. Let me walk you through my quite frankly ridiculous schedule over these few days. Day 1 - Driving (sitting in the passenger seat) from Atlanta to Orlando (with a detour to Tampa to pick up a friend) after a...

    The Best Zero G Stall

I have very strong feelings that every single RMC stall would be better as a straight hill without exception. In my experience, they're all like very very slight positives, so you just sort of end up sitting there and waiting while you just happen to be upside down. Give me upside down straight...

What are the strongest brakeruns you've ever encountered

the brakes themselves aren't especially strong but i found SFFT iron rattler's brake entry to be really uncomfortable, especially in the middle of the train. you get strong air, strong lats, and pretty strong brakes all at the same time.

Coasters you like more than most

I absolutely LOVE Hollywood Dream and Eurosat Cancan for the same indescribable reason. They just hit a happy spot in my brain and I've got no idea what about them does that or why. I've got them ranked #40 and #52 out of 526 respectively.

Worst coasters you've ridden (Bottom 5/10)

Usually, I'd happily ride even the most boring useless kiddie coaster rather than not riding any coasters. There are only 9 coasters I refuse to ever ride again barring major changes that would fix my issues with them (usually that they're painful). On my spreadsheet, these coasters are listed...

    New Coaster at Pleasurewood Hills?

Any idea if these rides will be new for this season, or if it'll take until 2027 to get permission for them? I assume that at least the two coasters are portable models, so they wouldn't take long to build.

Six Flags Great Adventure | Unknown | Unknown Kingda Ka replacement | 2026+

because it's the kingda ka "replacement" (not really but whatever) and people still haven't moved on from that over a year later.

How often would you replace a phone or tablet?

i just replace my phone whenever it needs it. from 2021 to 2023 i had a huawei of some sort (i forget what) and one day out of the blue they pushed a software update that slowed it down to practically unusable. got a new phone (an oppo) within a week. eventually, last summer when it was really...

    Your Least Common Opinion?

my least common opinion is probably that i'm not bothered that i didn't get to ride either original top thrill dragster or kingda ka (there's no real way to say this without it sounding like i'm coping really hard 😂). i ride stealth and i'm like... yeah okay that was fine. i don't really care...

    The Goony Stats Thread

I've got a few stats in my spreadsheet I only started counting how many rides I took on each coaster in 2023, so these stats are only since then, but in total - I've taken 987 rides on coasters - An average of 1.88 per coaster - An average of 1.988 when you exclude the zeros (coasters I've...

    [Dec 2024] Belgian New Year

Ahh but you see, you forgot the worst part. After one of our RTH rides, we rolled back into the station in the front car, facing forwards and looking over the ride plaza. We waited for a few seconds, and.. nothing. The restraints didn't open. The operators came over to manually spin our car into...

Six Flags Qiddiya | Saudi Arabia | Theme Park

I'm not 100% certain, but I believe it wasn't actually a real soft opening. There was a tourism industry conference in Riyadh this week, and they were giving tours to people from the conference every evening, then at the end of the conference there was some sort of talk and event at the park...

    Top 10(ish): 2026 Edition - page 132

Probably not gonna get on any more new coasters this year, at least not anything big, so here's my top 25 as it stands right now. 2025 was a big year, got 225 new credits overall to bring me to 525 total. I've put a star next to all the ones that were new to me this year 1. Eejanaika - Fuji Q...
