What's closest house you can purchase to a ride / park?

I was frolicking round in the 'Small News in The Themepark Industry' thread and saw the article pop up about Hayling Island Funland removing rides to make way for houses. A quick google maps and I found the below house (sold in 2003 for £167,000) which can be no more than 3m away from the log fume (the ride runs the house side of the rock work themeing you can see).




Just wondered if anyone else had any good examples of this? I know there was the infamous Dreamland Wild Mouse down in Margate.

Luna Park Sydney has to be up there.

Those houses that back onto Phantasialand have to be up there. Their gardens basically overlook the Wakobato lake and are the reason they turned the water off guns off on that ride.

I believe Europa Park’s Arthur shares the same building as residential apartments on Hausener Straße. You wouldn’t realise it while inside the park, though.

Correct me if I am wrong, but that is also subsidised housing for park workers, is it not?
