what do you think about them?do you like them, hate them, think they are dirty?I kinda like them.I mostly go to the one in sea side heights,NJ.but its kinda trashy and they don't have the best rides.

I'll go to them, but I'm not a huge fan and I would prefer to just go to an amusement park. Most them are they same anyway with only a couple unique slides.

I don't like them for a few reasons:

1) I can't swim
2) I can't swim
3) Waterslides give me wedgies sometimes
4) I like nice makeup and hair
5) I can't swim

I can barely swim and I deal with it. Usually I love waterparks but some are just ghetto. Schlitterbahn though, is beast mode

I don't really like the idea of marinating in kiddy piss, so I tend not to bother with them.

I love waterparks. If I'm in a hotter country than the UK I would actually go out of my way to go to them. I really like them and I don't know why.

I ALWAYS end up injuring myself at them though. I nearly broke my elbow in Salou and then I did it again in Lanzarote, on the same elbow. They're lethal!

^That is really rather worrying.

I have been to all the ones in Orlando but get bored after about 5 mins tbh. I am not really someone who likes swimming and having your shorts go up your bum on the slides just is not fun.

I haven't been to too many water parks but after visiting Siam Park in Tenerife a few weeks ago I have to say I love them! I know it's probably better than most but the slide collection, theming and atmosphere was just incredible and is better than allot of themeparks out there.

Some slides are just so incredibly fun and pretty scary plus the Tower of Power vertical slide was the scariest ride I ever went on as I don't like heights!

Others I've been to were okay but not in the same league as Siam Park. The only major downside to them in hot countries is the scorching hot ground.

I like them. They're a fun alternative when staying in a place that hasn't got any major theme parks. i wouldn't go that often, but every once in a while it can be a laugh.

Waterparks are quite fun, i dont see the point when im in england, like at alton towers, but when im in a hotter climate they are a good idea, its also a brilliant pass time getting a tan on the side of a pool with a cocktail in your hand.

some replies up some one said they are all the same . I do kinda agree, but the most unique one i have ever bin to is in vernon nj they don't have anything special but its on the side of a mountain so the ride take advantage of that.the best ride there is Colorado river ride and its like a pro slide family tube ride on steroids it is suppose to simulate being on a white water rafting trip and i have never bin white water rafting, but the ride probably does it good people have broken bone on it

the bad part is its on a mountain and you have to walk alot

Well, you know me, terrified of water and all that...

I like them, I won't go out of my way to visit them like I might amusement parks, but they're a good way to spend a hot day with friends.

I am a Waterpark enthusiast!, i love them, i just wish there was a proper enthusiast site for waterparks.

Themeing, i love an immersive expirience. I would love to open up a park with caves, terraced hot pools and unique slides etc. I think a waterpark should be a thing of beuty, not function. It should be inpractical to maintain and an amazing expirience :--D

then go to mountain creek water park there is one section exactly like that with the Colorado river ride, roaring rapids which is a single and double raft ride like Colorado river and its all covered in trees and goes under the concrete walk way. it might sound like an add but its such a great park
