    Just dropping my two cents Couldn’t that be a second parc d‘asterix ? Asterix is quiet big in Germany as well, plus the park has already some Rome / egyptian theming. I think this would make a lot sense. The park always had a lot potential but nobody really took care of the park.

    They actually say, that they demolished the house without a permit and they stopped the demolition until further notice. The building was rented by a nightclub until the official demolition later this year.
