This was testing today - from mid-afternoon sending trains quite sporadically. Holding brake was working (for at least two of the test runs I saw) and it still flies through the loop at an impressive speed.
It looks massive in person too - just a real shame (and not just selfishly - overheard...
Moving forwards, all Serpent's Curse stuff in this thread, please. Thanks for setting up @Niles !

Heading there in a little over a month... not looking likely I'll get this cred... :/
Even though the season will have started.
What's the old addage? "Have a Six Flags day"...
Fabulous report Matt, sounds like you had a great trip! Glad all the logistics worked out for you - hopefully you'll feel more relaxed going into a trip next time, as your experience and confidence grow!
And lovely weather ans great coaster riding too!
Is this a CF first?! Matt N actively...
Had a tricky time deciding what to do with this thread - there are two options:

I can see the rock-and-a-hard-place of the perspective you're taking - truly I can.
But I also think that if you're subcontracting some element of your operations to a third party, then you still do have the ultimate responsibility over the quality of the service they're providing.
In my line...
I happened to refresh that page this afternoon to see what would happen when the timer hit zero. Nothing, at first, but after another half-an-hour or so, the timer has climbed back up to 7 days.
So much for getting some opening dates...
Good to know - fingers crossed the park is opening fully soon!
Have tried a couple of times to subscribe to their mailing list, but it never seems to work...!
To be fair, that hangtime moment at the top of the spike looks absolutely vile. I don't think it's going to be as iconic as Ka, but I think that might still provide a very memorable moment.
