Knott’s Berry Farm | MonteZOOMa: The Forbidden Fortress | Schwarzkopf Launch Refurb | 2026?

Hey, TBH, they never said if "this" year is fiscal year or calendar year!

^ The first test footage I saw of the ride from earlier testing it was barely crawling through the loop on the way back so it wouldn't surprise me.

Yeah, there's already a video of it rolling back and forth between the loop and the spike where cleared the loop on the outward Journey but failed to make it back on the return.

And as far as the "high-speed" test, it doesn't seem to be going much higher up the spike than it did in normal traditional operation?

I saw a clip where it went about 1ft down from the top, which I doubt they'd want to happen in regular operation, the risk of it hitting the end stop is too great and it's probably not very nice to be on a train if it hits an end stop like that

Reportedly we could see an opening on Monday;

I have no idea HOW they invested $20 million into that attraction. This is not the flex they might think it is.

Not only that, how long could they have kept up the original Montezuma, with the maintenence and part costs, until that total accumulated to $20 million dollars?

20 years? 30 years?

They're counting the opportunity cost and loss of having it closed for so long as well. :P

Media preview is now delayed. SoCal is starting to feel cursed in terms of trying to open anything new. :confused:
