I actually read the train on track is Mindbender's. Forgot where I read it so no clue if the source is reliable, but it would make sense, considering Mindbender was torn down some months ago and the train on the pictures is the same 3-coach train Mindbender had.
It still looks like the track is removed carefully at the connection points to me. Also because of the way they are stored outside:

You have to look really carefully because of the size of the image, but you can still see the connection points.
PTC posted on FB some weeks ago that Rampage's train arrived at their facilities for winter maintenance, so if whatever is under the tarp is a coaster train, it's definitely not for Rampage.
