This is so sad to see.

Still fuming over the miss-management of this park. But it is what it is. Surprised nothing has been said about Drenched yet, that was taken down carefully and not just ripped down. So we might see that pop up somewhere in the future.

Off-topic but... Visited Alton Towers on Friday, park was quiet but lines were still 60 minutes on most of the coasters. Operations were particularly bad. There was constant stacking on most rides, Galactica had issues with the restraints back row, Spinball sometimes only had one carriage...

This is pure miss management. In the early 00's the park was busy, it had regular investment with new rides every few years and it had that small family park charm to it. There was a real buzz about the place. Obviously the Hydro accident really affected the park, and the previous owners...

Oakwood needs to be bought out by parent company that actually cares about this place. Small scale investments shouldn't be taking this long to complete.

This is amazing news! And the fact they're making the first drop steeper. I firmly believe Oakwood are on the right track, investing in improving the park. Next step is the awful food they serve.
