Great Adventure and Magic Mountain are easy winners for me. Look into the smoking area of Great Adventure on a Sunday night for a good impression of the people that attend the park. I left Great adventure after a midnight ert on el toro and we were the last cars in the parking lot. The amount of...
Finally! Surprised with how this looks, not how I pictured it. It may be similar to any other RMC, but I live nearby and there are NO nearby RMC's. The closest is probably Goliath, a two and a half hour plane ride away. This park needed something big, and they got it. This ride has a really...
Re: Cyclone at Six Flags New England Closing July 20th
Ibox track has now showed up on the Cyclone site. Nice to see they are moving right along on this construction so it will be ready next year. Can't believe how fast they are moving. Cyclone has a really small layout and I'm excited to see...
When I think about Great Adventure, how many more B&M"s do you need? (I'm not complaining just from the parks point of view) I think they should get a RMC, fit in well and it would put one RMC in their top three parks, but I think its anyones best guess. When I was doing an el toro ert a few...
Dragon Challenge. It said the wait was five minutes, but the walk felt like ten. There wasn't even a wait and me and friend didn't want to walk back through the line to ride on the other side. Superman: Ultimate Flight at SFGAdv. is kind of a hike also, But nothing to Dragon Challenge.
I think parks would rather advertise a thrill ride than an observation tower. Parks probably think a 400 foot drop tower like Zumenjaro or a 400 foot sky screamer like at SFNE are easier to get people in the park and on the ride. I really enjoyed Hersheyparks tower, but parks now know to spend...
Re: Cyclone at Six Flags New England Closing July 20th
Alright, Cyclone is officially retired. I was going to take the 2hr treck to the last ert on this last night, but couldn't go. Saw a ton of pictures around where they were giving out cake and celebrating the rides closure. We have some good...
I was at Great Adventure the last few days, and lots of bad storms were moving in. The park started closing down all of the outdoor coasters. We didn't even get a single drop of rain (on the first storm, little bit different than the storm the next day that put half an inch of water on the...
I used a platinum flash pass a few days ago at great adventure. It is worth it to get the platinum. You get to ride all rides twice in a row without getting off the train except Zumenjaro, Skyscreamer, and the safari. I saved myself four hours alone on Kingda Ka that day and got on 4 times...
My bad experience was at Disneyland. Splash Mountain had a 65 minute wait and we waited 55 in the single rider line. The workers barely called any over and it was awful. It was a waste of time. However Radiator Springs was a 65 minute wait and we got on in under 5. It was awesome.

Re: Cyclone at Six Flags New England Closing July 20th
This is my home park, and every time I walk in I think "It should be illegal to have three vekomas in one park" honestly the park is struggling greatly when it comes to coasters. You really only have two decent steel coasters and then...
